Example Session

Open the URL shown under “Web Presentation”. You will see a registration form on our web conference server.

In the “Enter Conference” fields enter your name and  the Conference-ID and Conference Key you have received from up to data and then confirm with the button “Join Conference”

Then the Web Conference Console will be loaded.

With the first invocation the required Web Conference software is downloaded and saved locally. This procedure can take several minutes, depending on your connection quality.

As soon as the software has been loaded, the underlying green Web Conference Console screen will appear. The up to data personnel (Presenter) is now able to use applications or also the desktop area together with you. The corresponding content is shown in a separate window (for example, as in the application Acrobat Reader).

Alternatively, you can take on the Presenter’s role yourself and display your own information in the window.
